Leaders can learn to move from chronic stress into focused engagement, transforming anxiety into enthusiasm while developing a greater awareness of the signals coming from their own body and mind.

INNERSPACE is a unique wellness modality created by Shea Carter that integrates neuroscience, Eastern mindfulness practices, breath-work, somatic therapy, meditation, and sound immersion.
